Clean Eating doesn’t have to be hard! There’s a little bit of a learning curve at the beginning – mainly due to the habits we have formed, the rationalizations we use to keep eating poorly and the misconceptions about food (i.e. all carbs are bad) that we haven’t fully shed yet.
