I have the and it has totally transformed my meal prepping. In fact, there are many nights that I put together a super quick, flavorful dinner with the Instant Pot when I didn’t plan ahead. My most recent recipe is a big hit with the family. Check it out – apple shredded chicken in less than 30 minutes. We also loved the Instant Pot Lasagna Soup!

Here’s how I use it!

All natural peanut butter is great – is my go-to brand, but I do not like stirring it. No matter how careful I am, it seems I slosh oil over the side of the jar when I open a new one. I tried a lot of different methods to mix the peanut butter, and the is hands down the best one I’ve found.
