A healthy salad dressing for that’s good for the whole family !
This is SO EASY!! and YUMMY! I love ranch dressing, but wanted something more friendly to the waistline — and still creamy. I found this one in a reset program. I don’t think I will never really go back to commercial salad dressing. It’s so easy to make your own!! There is nothing like enjoying a salad or even a wrap and knowing that you aren’t ruining it by the dressing you put on top. I even take some along when I’m going to be eating out!!
Makes 8-10 servings about 2 Tbsp. each
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp. Himalayan salt
- 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. raw honey (or pure maple syrup)
Steps
Place oil, vinegar, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt, mustard and honey in a blender or food processor; cover it with a lid. Blend until smooth. Refrigerate dressing if not using immediately. If dressing solidifies when cold, hold at room temperature for 30 mins. Stir or shake before serving.
