During the 30 day MINDSET SHIFT group you will learn what food your body needs to burn fat and build muscle. You will commit to 25 to 45 minutes a day of daily fitness with a structured program and work out calendar so there is no question about what to do.
Along with that you will enjoy your superfood shake every day which will curb cravings, feed your body with nutrients you don’t get from foods, provide an energy boost, as well as a boost to the immune system.
The last piece of the puzzle is the support and accountability group. I’m so psyched that we have access to he exclusive My Challenge Tracker App from Beachbody. With that I will provide daily motivation support and encouragement as well as information and tips for success.
