Avocado Ranch Dressing without the guilt!
Yay! An avocado ranch without dairy and plenty of healthy fats – perfect for summer salads, celery and even wings! I’m also thinking it’s perfect for a few RW Garcia chips!
I love Chili’s avocado ranch dressing, but boy do I feel guilty after I eat it. I’m a dipper when it comes to dressings, but that one I could eat by the spoonful. Even though it’s avocado, I know it’s loaded with not-so-good-for-me ingredients.
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe avocados, pitted and peeled
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh dill (2 tsp dried)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1-2 tsp maple syrup (to taste)
- pinch of sea salt
- 1/2 cup water (adjust to desired thickness
Steps:
In a blender (or magic bullet!), add the avocados, lemon juice, oil, fresh dill, garlic powder, maple syrup, salt and water – that’s everything!!
Blend until combined!
>>If the mixture is too thick, add more water until it’s creamy and pourable. You may also have to adjust the salt.
