February Love Yourself Healthy Lifestyle Challenge

What is SELF LOVE?

When was the last time you told yourself I Love You and really meant it? When was the last time you felt COMPLETE  no matter what was happening around you or who was in your life (or not in your life)?

Learning about and practicing self-love is one of the most powerful things we can do to improve our quality of life.

You may have heard this quote quite a bit — “Before you can love anyone, you must love yourself,” and sometimes when we see or hear this so frequently, we become sort of desensitized to the power of these words and the power of loving ourselves, just as we are.

Learn to love yourself – learn to AFFIRM that you are a good person!

This February, starting on the 19th, I am can’t wait to help 3-5 women learn to LOVE THEMSELVES! As busy women we tend to spend a ton of time loving and doing for others. That’s great of course! But, let’s not forget about YOU and the need to LOVE YOU!!

During the LOVE YOURSELF challenge we (me too!) will to commit to daily exercise, eating according to an awesome nutrition plan and drinking Shakeology for the 30 days and learn to LOVE OURSELVES to make loving others even better.

I am eager to work closely with 3-5 ladies that are truly READY to make a change in the way they EAT, MOVE & FEEL!! The official KICK OFF date is FEBRUARY 19th! Let’s do this together!

How will the challenge work?

The Love Yourself challenge group is all about loving yourself to make loving others even more rewarding! During the 30 day challenge we are going to learn how to:
– Adjust our MINDSET
– Be CONFIDENT in who we are, how we feel and how we look
– Stop comparing ourselves to others and start APPRECIATING OURSELVES for who we are.
– Stop wishing and start DOING!

During the LOVE YOURSELF challenge group, we will work together and COMMIT to making daily exercise (I’ll help you find a program that works for YOU) and clean eating a lifestyle – while also boosting our self-love habits. One of my favorite things to do is empower women and to help them discover their strengths as they progress through their own journey. This group will do that FOR YOU!
