I had no idea what clean eating was all about! In fact, I had not even heard the term before. The only terms I knew were things like dieting, 100 calorie snack packs, “light” foods and diet soda! That’s how I ate – I would eat foods that were low calorie – but then I’d eat much more than I should. Then I wondered why I didn’t lose weight?!
Learning about what foods to eat and how much of each is what it takes to get results. (Add in daily fitness and peer support and results are inevitable!!)
What is clean eating?
- Does it mean eating all salads?
- How much should you eat each day?
- Are corn and potatoes vegetables?
- What are complex carbs?
