My Story
I am speaking from experience! Until last December, I had spent every winter developing my plan of attack for the following summer. Usually that meant – eat and drink everything in sight from Halloween until St. Patrick’s Day and then try to do some quick fixing before June. Last year in December 2015, I did it differently and now I know which way is better. It’s not a huge secret – in fact I CAN’T WAIT TO SHARE IT WITH YOU!
The Challenge!
In the upcoming 30-Day Healthy for the Holidays challenge, you will pick a fitness program, drink Shakeology and practice clean eating to get the maximum results!
Here’s what I will do! Teach (or remind 😉 you how to navigate meal planning, help you with daily accountability, guide you to set realistic and achievable goals, share recipes, tips, and support so that you can just crush your bad habits and replace them with healthier ones.
