An overnight oats success! Maple blueberry with Greek yogurt was absolutely delicious! Honestly, I never liked oatmeal OR yogurt! How could I like this combination?!
Maple Blueberry Overnight Oats
1/4 cup uncooked old fashioned rolled oats
1/3 cup almond milk
1/4 cup low fat Greek yogurt
1 1/2 teaspoons dried chia seeds (optional)
2 teaspoons maple syrup (optional)
1/4 cup blueberries
Combine the oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds and maple syrup in a jar or container. Put the lid on and shake it up! Open up and add in the blueberries to the top, cover and shake. Refrigerate overnight or up to 2 days. Eat chilled!
