Buffalo chicken wings aren’t really my thing and they take quite some time to prepare. I came across this recipe for sweet saucy shrimp and garlic with honey or maple syrup and expect it to have great flavor on game day!
This easy recipe cooks in 20 minutes, meaning you can have it ready before your company even arrives!

Ingredients
- Cooking spray
- 1/3 cup Honey or pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 4 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1/3 cup cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 36 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
Preheat the oven to 400°
Spray your baking sheet with coconut oil baking spray
Combine honey onion, garlic, cider vinegar, water, ketchup & Worcestershire sauce in a saucepan
Bring the mixture to a boil, reduce heat and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally
Pour the mixture over the shrimp stirring to combine and bake in the oven for 6-8minutes until cooked through. Be sure to use a flat pan to get crispy edges on your shrimp.
