Spice things up!

Eating healthy does NOT mean you have to eat bland, boring food!

It’s all about the seasonings! Here are some things I use throughout the week to keep things spicy and tasty!

  
1) Sriracha (Super spicy!) Add to add eggs, rice or meat

2) Franks Red Hot (add 1 tsp to egg whites or whip up some spicy chicken)

3) Mrs Dash **SALT FREE** seasonings!!! AMAZING!

4) Mustard (add to chicken!)

5) Liquid Smoke (Cook chicken and ground turkey with this)

6) CINNAMON!! (Add to oatmeal or sprinkle on a sweet potato)

7) Balsamic Vinaigrette (salads)

8) Liquid Aminos (I add this to my veggies while cooking or just on the plate – Use a tsp or so)

9) Black Pepper…put this on everything!

10) Himalayan Salt. Use sparingly
