Here’s a main dish you can set to cook and forget about (for 4-6 hours:) Feel free to spice it up with some of your favorite spices. I added red pepper flakes to mine!

Ingredients
- 1/2lb Chicken, cubed (eliminate for Vegetarian)
- 1 Small Zucchini (double if Vegetarian)
- 1 Small Onion diced
- 1 Small Green Bell Pepper diced
- 1/2 cup Part Skim Mozzarella
- 1.5 cup Jarred Pasta sauce, no salt added-or homemade if time allows
- 1 box Whole Wheat Penne Pasta (I used Veggie Pasta)
- 1 pinch Sea Salt
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder

Directions:
Place all ingredients in crockpot, except Pasta.
Cook on low heat 4 hours or High 2 Hours
Cook pasta according to package just prior to serving!
