Day 1
I am super excited to start a new round of the 21 Day Fix Extreme! It’s almost exactly 6 months since my first round in May 2015. I took a break for the full 60 days of PiYo and feel that the strength and flexibility I gained with PiYo will make this an amazing round of 21dfx.
That’s how the Beachbody programs have been working for me – each program helps me have a varied focus and each pays off in its own way!
This December, I cannot wait for Hammer and Chisel to be released because I’ll be ready! This round of 21dfx will have me in top top condition for the challenge of Hammer and Chisel.
Here is my original 21 dfx transformation from May 2015. I achieved my main fitness goals – to lose some weight and tone up. I’m continuing on with the goal of toning up to totally ditch the tricep flapping and hopefully see some ab definition!
