Pre-Meal Prep Prepping

I am all about the meal prep!

It’s important to have the right meals on hand to be successful in your health and fitness journey. The foods we put into your body make up 80% of the wellness pie. It is not possible to exercise your way out of bad eating habits.

This week and I will be getting my groceries delivered on Saturday, but on Friday I was thinking nonstop about what I would be doing on Saturday to prepare for a successful week. I decided to write out a list (I love lists!) of the recipes I would be making and note the ingredients that would need to be prepared to go into the dishes. I took a look at the recipes and ingredients and realized I could do some pre-meal prep prepping! I could chop the onions and green peppers for the 21 Day Fix Extreme turkey chili. I could get the jalapeƱo peppers ready to go for the Fixate turkey taco meat and I could prepare the broccoli and mushrooms for the egg, broccoli cheese casserole dish I am excited to make for the first time this week. 
   
    
   
I am looking forward to the time this will save when the groceries arrive and the full meal prep gets underway.
