Refresh in 3 days

I was really nervous to begin the 3 Day Refresh! One look at the book and the food options and I was relieved to see there were things that I knew I could enjoy. I read through the guide, planned out my meals, made sure I had all the ingredients for the dinner recipes and got started!

Shakeology and water – 2 key parts of the program!  

  

Lucky for me that I’m a tea drinker. Green tea once a day and decaf tea two more times a day. No problem!

  
Lunchtime! Fruit, vegetables with healthy fat – more eats I enjoy! Protein packed vanilla fresh and more H2o!
    
Loved the dinner veggie stirfry with the amazing aroma of fresh ginger. 

  Feeling accomplished at the end of day 3 and anxious for final results in the morning!
